Students from the Department of European Languages, accompanied by Dr. Ahmad Al-Btoush, Head of the Department, participated in the Forum of Jordanian Universities that teach the French language. A Francophonie launching ceremony was held at the Century Park Hotel in collaboration with Ammon Applied University College, and was attended by the French and Canadian ambassadors, embassy staff, and the French Institute. Participants were invited to the French Residence in Amman, with the presence of diplomatic and military delegations, as well as distinguished Jordanian and international guests.​
