​Mutah University participated in the 2024 English Language Olympics held in the capital, Amman, with the participation of 58 teams from several countries. Mutah University’s team won first place in the theatrical performance category. Representing Mutah University, the winning team consisted of students Tamara Abu Qaoud, Ghufran Al-Akhras, Sadeen Abu Shaheen, Lana Al-Raqab, and Taybah Al-Mubaydeen. Dr. Ali Al-Nawaiseh and Dr. Nader Al-Bkower trained and supervised the winning team.​
