The Department of Arabic Language and Literature extends a warm welcome to its students and visitors. As one of the university's oldest and most distinguished departments, it has proudly graduated leaders in Arabic language and literature across all academic levels: bachelor’s, master’s, and doctorate.

The department is committed to advancing the Arabic language, a cornerstone of eloquence and divine revelation, and the medium of the Holy Qur’an and the Seal of the Prophets, peace be upon him. In the words of the Poet of the Nile:
